Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the Brighton Swimming Club will be held at the Old Slipper Baths, North Road, Brighton on Wednesday 23rd June 2010 at 19:30 when it is hoped you will be able to attend.

2  To confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting 24^th June 2009

3  Any relevant matters arising.

4  Apologies for absence.

5  To read any relevant correspondence.

6  To adopt the annual report for 2009/10.

7  To adopt the Statement of Accounts for year ended 31^st March 2010

8  Alterations to Laws.

9  Installation of President.

10  Election of Vice-President.

11  Election of Officers.

12  Election of Management Committee (5 Members) and (3 Honorary Members).

13  To adopt the Accounts Examiner.

14  Any other business relevant to the A.G.M.

Its that time of the year again would you please forward your reports for the period April 09 – March 10 direct to Jasper at lockholt@macdream.net  as soon as possible so we can have the reports available by early June 2010.

Please note all nominations for Management committee & Officers of the club proposed & seconded to be handed to Hon Sec or email denisehalls@postmaster.co.uk no later than 13th May 2010.  If you do not wish to continue, I would be most grateful if you could inform me accordingly.

A big thank you to all Section Secretaries for forwarding regularly your bi-monthly reports these have been very much appreciated. Also please keep the web site up to date with any information or news in respect of your section as and when it happens.

I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of the Committee to thank you for the help you have given the club this year.
