ASSESSMENTS
New (Junior under 16) swimmers are assessed to ensure they are put in the correct groups for their standard. The assessments take place most Friday nights at Prince Regent Swimming Pool at 7.30pm. Please phone Brian Smith on 01273 488688 for conformation or E-mail briansmithbsc@btinternet.com

Competitive swimmers who are joining from another club please bring a copy of all your Pb's.

Applicants for MASTERS (Adults); SYNCRO; WATER POLO & SEA SWIMMING are normally seen by the section secretary without needing a formal assessment.

THESE FEES ARE DUE ON 1^ST APRIL 2008 AND SHOULD BE PAID AS SOON AFTER THAT DATE AS POSSIBLE.

./ Arrive for training and matches in good time to prepare thoroughly

./ Turn up with the appropriate kit for the activity

./ Always warm up and cool down properly

./ Play for fun and enjoyment - not just to please your parents and/or coach

/ Learn and play by the rules

./ Do not argue with the coach and/or officials - use your energies for better play

./ Recognise and applaud good play

./ Be a good sport -- win with modesty, lose with dignity

./ Respect other people - treat them in a way you wish to be treated

./ Co-operate with your coach, team-mates and opponents

./ Think about improving your skills after training and competition

./ Inform the coach of any medical conditions

./ Inform the coach of an injury as soon as possible

./ Inform the coach if you need to leave the site early

./ Thank Officials and Opponents after competition
