ASSESSMENTS
New swimmers are assessed to ensure they are put in the
correct groups for their standard. The assessments take place most
Friday nights at Prince Regent Swimming Pool
at 7.30pm. Please phone

Competitive swimmers who are joining from another club please bring
a copy of all your Pb's.
Applicants for MASTERS; SYNCRO; WATER POLO & SEA SWIMMING are
normally seen by the section secretary without needing a formal
assessment.

Octopush
Underwater hockey (Octopush) is
played at the bottom of a pool using a mask, snorkel and fins.
The idea of the game is to push and pass a
weighted puck into your opponent’s goal at the bottom of the pool while
holding your breath.
