Helping Your Team
All successful teams have numerous adults involved in teaching & coaching their training.
The more adults the more instruction, correction & motivation can be given to all.

At present we have far too few adults helping during training sessions resulting in one coach often working with many lanes of differing abilities. We must have some adults watching sessions who have the enthusiasm to work with children & help them; even if it is your own child’s session only. Please just come onto poolside next time you are sitting at training & offer to work with a small group along side us; the children would appreciate the extra help.
